A board in Flowering Park that humans and dogs look at to see whats on there. Humans look at it to read everything, while dogs look at the board to see if theres any papers of the only two they can recognize. 1. Treat/Toy sales at the Item Factory. 2. Lost posters.
The dogs know the Treat/Toy sales by the picture on the paper. There is a picture of either a dog, a bone, or a dog toy. They know the missing papers because there is a picture of the missing dog. Dogs will mark their territory on the post, not really to mark their territory, but to let other dogs know they saw it today.
